The festival is linked to the agricultural tradition of this extreme corner of Piedmont, where the breeding of sheep and goats is still a <strong>source of livelihood for many families of farmers<\/strong>.<br \/>Every year <strong>hundreds of sheep and goats<\/strong>, with their young in tow, come to Croveo <strong>from the summer pastures at high altitud<\/strong>e to be admired by the large public and rewarded by experts.
