The second Sunday of September is dedicated to the patron saint feast of Croveo, which celebrates the Nativity of Mary.
The festival is enriched by the traditional procession of the women of Croveo who carry the “cavagnette“. The “cavagnette” are traditional ritual trees, spread throughout the Ossola Valley, formed by a basket and a wooden structure finely decorated with ribbons, flowers and jewelry.
